Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for planning development strategies, work programs, projects schedule, managing project budgets, and conducting tenders.
- Responsible for providing direction for construction team.
- Coordinate with other divisions, vendors or suppliers.
- Carry out periodic supervision during the maintenance period and the project development period so that it is in accordance with the expected target
- Held Bachelor or higher degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- Min. 5 years as Project Manager in residential real estate/property industry
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Revit and CAD Application
- Strong work ethic, proactive, good teamwork, attention to detail and able to thrive in a new startup environment
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, numerical and verbal communication skills
- Willing to be placed in Tangerang
