We are now seeking a position as Production Manager who will handle production line of building material products. Key responsibilities as below :
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Have 5 Years experience as Production Supervisor
- Have experience supervising production process and have implemented SOP, 5R, K3
- Have experience in supervising production process in Plastic, Aluminum, Fiber, and Pipe
- Have a strong communication and leadership
- Willing to be placed in Mojokerto
- Supervise the implementation of the production process, starting from the initial raw materials to finished goods.
- Supervise the use of raw materials, use of packing materials and other auxiliary materials by minimizing waste and process failures.
- Maintain quality standards of products from production to packaging.
- Making effective use of human resources by reducing absenteeism, increasing discipline and order.
- Consistency in applying work methods and work safety.
- Streamlining the operation of existing equipment and machines.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment, machinery and work environment.
- Supervise the preparation of production reports, which include attendance reports, raw material usage, production results, and stoppage hours for each machine.
- As a coordinator in implementing SOP, 5R, K3, and trouble shooting.
