This position reports to the Head of Product Management of the S-Quantum Engine. The division is responsible for identifying, managing, and executing digital related initiatives for a collection of over fifty operating companies.
Specifically, the division shall:
- Identify, seed and grow digital-first businesses for Sinarmas Financial Services companies
- Consolidate and transform digital channels of existing portfolio of financial services products
- Cultivate relevant companies and partners that accelerates the group's overall agenda
- Establish organization wide next generation digital resources (infrastructure and talent)
- Set the agenda for the group’s transformation to a digital and data first company
What You Need to Do:
- Develop creative ideas & identity for new campaigns on various media and digital platforms
- Conceptualize & design visual assets by working together with Content Write & Marketing team
- Ensure a consistent & high standard of visual execution across all media
- Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience
- Good visual compositions with clean, modern, and fresh aesthetic
- Good attention to detail with strong multi-tasking capability and solutions driven
- Trend-focused & actively aware of all areas of design and tech
- Work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Bachelor's Degree from Graphic Design or similar major
- 4-5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong conceptualizer & visual communicator
- Have showcase of impressive portfolios that is relevant to digital & tech industries
- Familiarity with lead-generation campaigns & landing page development is a huge plus
- Mastered Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After effects
- Prior experience in handling social media is a plus
