- Lead and manage a team of UI/UX designer and ensure the designs are well created and implemented.
- Share knowledge and best practices in UI/UX end-to-end Design Processes and Implementations.
- Identify problems and make design decisions that are based on data and contextual information.
- Formulate creative solutions to solve problems acquired from technical constraints, users' feedbacks, and research insights.
- Produce high quality wireframe and prototypes to be used throughout the whole digital asset design process from ideation, crafting, to validation and hand-off.
- Gather users' and stakeholder feedbacks to provide design solution alternatives.
- Build relationships with other stakeholders to better pilot the design direction.
- 5-8 years of experience in UI/UX Design.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Passionate design-oriented individual who thrives in driving initiatives from 0 to 1.
- A creative problem solver who can both lead and execute design solutions independently and efficiently.
- Strong people-management and collaboration skills.
- Has the ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans.
- Excellent written & communication skills as well as an acute attention to details.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate and collaborate effectively in both in-person and remote settings.
