- To facilitate solutions on the issues of human resources to support achievements of company targets and act as a business partner to Head of HR and regional HR teams.
- Lead the team to recruit and select the quality candidates within the timeline and budget. Participate in identified key positions interviews.* Identify needs and facilitate training, recruitment, talent development, and other HR functions as necessary.
- Manage the employee and industrial relations including addressing employees concerns, working with local authority and being well informed of related legislation and market trend.
- Conduct & Oversee Orientation and Induction.
- As change agent for employee engagement & continuous improvement programs so as to create better lives & welfare for employees.
- Strong in Industrial Relations, Talent Development, C&B, and HR Business Partnering experience ideally for a multinational company
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience ideally for multinational manufacturing companies
- Proven track record in HR Business Partnering and HR Operations
- Experience working in a manufacturing plant
