Director of Food & Beverage
Summary of Responsibilities
The Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for managing and leading the Food and Beverage Service operations in all outlets and banquets, coordinating closely with the culinary leaders to create meaningful and unique F&B experiences. In addition, this position has to ensure that the division's leadership and operational activities align with the core values, ethical principles, policies, procedures, standards and guidelines of the Raffles brand and Accor as the management company.
Qualifications
Candidates for this position must have at least three-year of relevant experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a luxury five-star hotel or resort, within the assistant director or director level. They are required to have a diploma or a degree in hotel/restaurant management with strong knowledge of food and beverage knowledge in the national and international markets.
