- In charge of the Infrastructure Project Development Division, reviewing system, policies, budgets and training plans within their scope
- Ensuring the implementation of infrastructure, construction and facility development projects goes according to predetermined plan and coordinating with external side, such as the government, contractors, and other parties
- Identifying risks through compiling a risk matrix and Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment reports to ensure that the operational implementation of infrastructure development is on target
- Ensuring the smooth process of recording, permitting, and other reporting in accordance with established procedures.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Mining Engineering and or related industries
- Have frontline operational management certificate (POP) or qualifications certificate recognised by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector)
- Minimum 10 years of experience with portfolio handling mining infrastructure projects in managerial role
- Knowledgeable on subcontract management, including project control, risk management, schedule and cost control
- Understanding with project software such as Autocad 2D/3D, SAP 2000, MS. Project.
