- Drive P&S transformation and digital agenda.
- Accelerate the delivery of P&S strategic initiatives.
- Identify and qualify improvement opportunities including best practices benchmarking.
- Strengthen the core and build future capabilities of P&S team.
- Ensure that all P&S strategic initiatives are delivered on time, on target and on budget through effective program monitoring and hands-on support.
- Develop 3-year P&S transformation and digital roadmap including key initiatives, business cases and required resources (people, process, enablers/ infrastructure).
- Assess the current operational capability/maturity and identify improvement opportunities to fill in the gap/ elevate the operational capability/maturity.
- Conduct internal and external benchmarking on the ideas/initiatives to shape the future of P&S.
- Coordinate and collaborate with Syngenta regional and global team in driving P&S country agendas; Participate in the selected country and regional P&S meetings/forums - e.g., APAC Quality.
- Prepare and provide regular management updates on the progress status of P&S strategic initiatives.
Essentials Knowledge & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business/engineering/computer science; Master's degree (e.g., MBA, Master's in Supply Chain) is a plus.
- End-to-end supply chain business process and system - Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, HSE, Production.
- Business acumen and know-how in Agribusiness sector.
- 5-10 years of experience in strategy building, operations excellence, program management, and/or digital transformation.
