The incumbent will accelerate PC, Nutrition, and Home Care growth through nurturing current portfolio and NPD launch (OTIF product development and create strategic recommendation for launch deployment plan) and operational excellence.
The purpose of the role is to :
Develop and landing Category Strategy & Brand Marketing Plan in Indonesia Lead NPD Launch or relaunch to be OTIF with perfect launch deployment plan Tracking & monitor performance
Key Accountabilities:
Develop and landing Category Strategy & Brand Marketing Plan in Indonesia
Developing category and brand strategy for white spaces in Indonesia
Understand the consumers and drivers of key seeding brand growth and brand health
Crafting clearly differentiating and unique brand positioning and campaigns for the brands and projects
Developing and landing brand campaigns for key seeding brands with communication plans across key touchpoints
Work closely with agencies (Advertising, Market Research, PR, etc.) to execute flawless brand experiences across touch points
Together with Sales Team, Monitor and evaluate brand performance to recommend and execute appropriate ways to increase growth in key channels.
Identifies solutions and make recommendations to improve effectiveness based on performance monitoring in digital marketing
Work closely with e-comm to accelerate brand performance, new brand and product launch in this key channel
Assist of JBPs and Sales and Marketing execution plan across internal (Unilever) and Distributor teams
Monitoring and ensuring key performance metrics are met monthly
Monitors budget spend and provides timely communication to relevant stakeholders on overspend / cash availability
NPD Launch or Product Relaunch
Lead NPD OTIF and perfect launch: OTIF development & deployment strategy and execution
Overseeing network for new product launches or product relaunches with supply
chain team and alignment with category team on the launches
Strategic alignment and liaison with Local Operating Company and Global Team on New Brands/Products/Opportunity across functions for synergies.
Monitors and review NPD/Product relaunch performance
ESSENTIAL:
Bachelor’s degree in any disciple.
3+ years in Brand Building in FMCG.
Strategic, go getter, resilience, and entrepreneurial person.
Budgeting & Planning with full clear understanding on P&L Management.
Ability to operate on cross national-scale level and develop remote management skill.
Ability to seize the big picture and also to deep dive into details when necessary.
Ability to work on multiple projects .
Ability to stick to the role as outlined and not to be dispersed by non core local activities.
