- Trade fixed income securities, mainly in bonds
- Guide the team to achieve the designated sales and trading profit target as well as client accounts target
- Achieve collaboration targets with internal teams such as deal referrals and joint client visits
- Provide market making in secondary market
- Participate in coaching and developing programs of junior team members
- Managing and preparing administrative documents and reports
- Work on ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Bachelor's holder in finance, business administration or relevant discipline
- Solid working experience in Fixed Income areas preferably in sizeable financial institutions with good securities and financial investment products knowledge
- Open for any background from securities, asset management or bank
- Good understanding of OJK regulations and guidelines as well as related regulations and legislations, and important concepts
- Able to perform and multi-task in a dynamic, fast paced and challenging environment
- Good negotiation, presentation and written/verbal communication skills
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa
