About the Branch Agency Sales Head for General Insurance (CONFIDENTIAL) Role:
You will support the company's expansion and create the sales team's strategy to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand market updates in the general insurance industry and create market segmentation for each general insurance product
- Maintain and tap in both corporate and individual clients to broaden the company's networks
- Deliver innovative programme to improve the performance of sales department
- Manage department budget, support cost efficiency, and ensure department expenses are in line with the budget given by the management
Key Requirements:
- Comprehensive general insurance product knowledge and experience
- Experience with overseeing a big team of many subordinates
- Has a broad network to enlarge the company's database
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines and sales targets
- Strong communication skills in verbal and written English
