HR & Executive Assistant Reporting to CoFounders, will be responsible for:
- Work with management to define clear criteria for sourcing and filtering intern candidates.
- Set clear responsibilities through job descriptions and define processes with departments involved
- In general, answering the phone, updating meeting and interview schedule, taking messages, preparing reports and updating spreadsheets are some of a personal assistant's duties
- Ensure that the executives' life run smoothly; involving not only keeping files and desktops organized but also planning trips and scheduling the executives' time to the minute
- Maintain positive relationships on behalf of the executives
- Creating and processing documents and preparing PowerPoint presentations, assisting with bookkeeping or performing Internet research.
- Schedule and conduct all of the meeting smoothly such as weekly regional conference calls, etc
- Female Age not over 27 years old
- At least 1 years' experience in personal assistant - fresh graduate encourage to apply
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent in English communication
- Pro-active attitude
- Hardworking, methodical and very structured
- Good personality and familiar with international working environment.
