Job description
In your new role you will:
- Drive the implementation of the Automation roadmap and define the mid/long-term Automation roadmap to secure mid/long-term productivity needs.
- Lead automation solutions throughout project phases: conceptual, benchmark, evaluate, and production release implementation.
- Propose & benchmark automation solutions from other sites.
- Drive project business case and implementation to meet all stakeholder's expectations.
- Lead any internal & external activities related to Industry 4.0 including training, workshop, seminar, visits, etc
- Assess Automation readiness and analyze gaps. Recommend actions to close the gaps.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor or Master in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Electrical Engineering, with a minimum 5+ years of related experience.
- Possesses basic knowledge of P-C-M-A efficiencies improvement & WIP Flow improvement, for respective scope.
- Possesses advanced knowledge of hardware/ software automation with
7yr experience to drive segment/site overall product roadmap, and to secure NLOP pipelines to fulfill productivity targets defined in TCR & LTCR, for respective scope. * Strong knowledge of project management
