- Key Responsibilities:
- Solicitation and market opportunities across a diverse range of industries and sectors
- Work with the Management team to conceptualize and develop sales strategies for targeted portfolios, industries, or sectors to achieve budgeted revenue and profitability targets. Drive the execution of sales strategies through local operations and strategic partners
- Collaborate with BD Manager to identify new opportunities, markets, partnerships, or business alliances to reach out to target customers for new services
- Ensure prompt and accurate generation of quotations for inquiries
- Support the monitoring and evaluation of the financial health and sales performance as well as on the key market drivers and dynamics through monthly sales reporting.
- Support the management in reviewing, evaluating, and developing pricing strategies for various product portfolios to improve profitability
- To drive and support lead generation initiatives including digital Management System
- Provide sales and product training and coaching on the ground to strengthen the sales competencies and capabilities where necessary.
- Build, strengthen and optimize relationships with the clients, prospects, and partners through regular customer visits with local sales as well as timely address of customers inquiries, feedback, and comments.
- Key Requirements:
- Minimum a Bachelors degree in any discipline with at least 3 years in sales, business development, and/or product marketing function.
- Good written and spoken English, and good communication skills in reporting and presentation. Knowledge of MS Word and Excel is a must.
- Dynamic self-starter who possesses strong business acumen, process orientation, and versatility to thrive in a matrix organization.
- Target-driven personality but with a high level of diplomacy to influence management to drive through business initiatives.
- Resourceful with strong interpersonal skills and customer focus to establish positive relations.
- Mature, self-disciplined and results-driven.
- Experience and knowledge in Management System Certification schemes is a MUST.
- Experience working in a TIC company would be a great advantage.
