The team you’ll part of

Project Management Office and Support (PMO) where the main responsibilities of PMO Organization would be to develops and ensures the implementation of Nokia's project management methodology, processes, tools, improvement, and efficiency programmes to ensure all internal and external customer project deliveries are made efficiently and with quality. Contains building of a more capable PM community by driving PM training and certifications across markets.

What you will learn and contribute to

Process & Tools in MN RBC APJ Market Services Delivery PMO is accountable for:
  • Enable Delivery organization with PM tools and processes
  • Provide tools use phase support
  • Support deployment of standard project management processes
  • Initiate and collect change requests for P&T improvements
  • P&T Competence Development
As a P&T Representative, your main responsibility will be:
  • Collaborate with DnA PIC to drive the Digitalization and Automation strategy and key initiatives at the Market Unit, covering NDPd, NDPc, DigiMOPs & Drones.
  • Responsible for P&T Use Phase support
  • Support deployment of standard project management processes
  • Implement Services Automation strategy for tools deployment and ramp-down
  • Initiate and collect change requests for P&T improvements
  • P&T Competence Development
  • NDPd Key User
Your skills and experience

You have:
  • Good English business communication skills (written/verbal) as this role requires extensive customer communication
  • Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications or related field
  • Fresh Graduate or Early entries level would be accepted but this position is open as well for an experience enthusiastic person in mobile communication industry including 4G, 5G technology
  • e2e understanding across Dashboard and PowerBI
  • Good experience in e2e troubleshooting, analysis and managing issues/escalations and driving RCAs
  • Excellent stakeholder management at technical and project level and effective communication and presentation skills
  • Good negotiation skills - able to prioritise and negotiate with customer on business impacting technical issues and decisions.
