About The Company:
An exciting FP&A Manager role has become available in a fast-growing Retailer Company.

They have a strong local presence with a growing market. The candidate will be reporting directly to the VP of Finance and IT.

Job Descriptions:
  • Provide in-depth analysis of financial projection, forecasting and budgeting
  • Variance analysis and understanding of multiple brand performance
  • Act as a Business partner to increase profitability of the company
  • Preparing standard cost and analyze the budget vs actual periodically
  • Analysis of key drivers of financial performance
  • Analysis of financial data
  • Reviewing operations and recommending new productivity or cost saving initiatives
  • Assist senior management in the strategic planning process, review and analyse all submissions of business strategy
  • Preparation and review of financial and strategic plan through financial data, from monthly, quarterly, to annually
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance (Must be in FP&A field)
  • Experience from retail industry is preferred
  • Background from Big 4 is preferred
  • Can do attitude and be a good team player
  • Strong analytical skills and communication skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian
