- Monitor adherence to existing laws (ie product compliance and HSE regulations), group standards and policies
- Ensure that local products' Safety Data Sheets, paperwork, and regulatory warnings are in compliance, by working along with representatives of local institutions.
- In charge of regional ISO 9001 quality management system implementation, certification, and tracking and ongoing development of the same.
- In charge of implementing and maintaining any additional certification requirements that may apply sought by industry (ISO 14000, GMP, GMP+, RSPO, etc.)
- Implementing relevant legislation and obtaining the business's necessary authorizations, permits, and licenses.
- serve as a point of contact for the commercial department during the introduction of new products.
- Maintain positive relationships with authorities about reporting requirements, crisis management (product recall), and third parties in coordination with local representatives.
- In charge of preparing the SHEQ input for management reviews and KPIs and reporting to local management and RMD.
- Respond to consumer product claims, quality concerns, and ad hoc SHEQ-related inquiries in partnership with the business owners.
- Ensure that SHEQ business toward business receives full support (e.g. customer visits, legislation, advise, etc.).
- In collaboration with regional supply chain teams, monitor the SHEQ aspects of subcontracted parties (warehouses, transport providers, toll producers, blenders, labs, etc.).
- Employee education on pertinent SHEQ topics, such as the Quality Management System, in collaboration with regional SHEQ supervisors.
- Work experience: in HSE minimum 5 years
- Have experience regulatory/license/permits of import and export
- Have experience preparing ISO 9001, ISO 14000
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, ability to inspire and persuade both internal and external audiences
