- Develop tailored web/app dashboard to monitor growth performances.
- Owner of web/app analytics (Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Data Studio, Supermetrics) who is able to make effective use of and extract insights from these tools.
- Coordinate with relevant parties to execute ideas leading to an improvement of traffic and engagement
- Coordinate with Marketing & Communications Specialist to optimize media spend.
- Conduct research & analysis as required by the Marketing Manager to provide actionable insights for the purpose of data-driven decisions.
- Design, execute, and maintain focused Pay Per Click & Paid Social campaigns.
- Conduct Thorough Keyword Analysis.
- Continually optimize new & existing PPC & Paid Social campaign components including keyword strategy, ads copy, bid prices, cost per conversion, cost per click, audience optimization, etc.
- Actively measure and execute A/B split testing for ad copy, landing pages, etc., to ensure optimal campaign performance.
- Compile weekly and monthly PPC & Paid Social Reports for stakeholders with comments based on data insights and analysis of campaign performance.
- Educational Background: Min bachelor’s degree with a preference in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, Business & Management/MBA, Computer Science
- Work experience desired: 3 or more years of experience as digital growth / paid media in a combination of the following areas: Consulting, Research, Corporate Strategy, Banking, Private Equity, Digital Marketing
- Familiar with web/app analytics and ads manager tools (e.g. like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, FB Ads Manager, LinkedIn, Supermetrics, Appsflyer) Proficient user of research tools e.g. Excel, Tableau, etc.
- Structured and analytical – able to translate from analysis to relevant insights, and follow up on execution with relevant parties.
- Have a growth mindset, highly curiosity to solve problems, self motivated and leadership experience with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
