- Coordinate and gather complete information about several Japanese Projects across the country
- Maintaining healthy business relationship with all existing clients by close coordination with them, advising management for taking required actions to keep clients satisfied with work of company, ensure good relationship with existing clients.
- Finding out new project construction and related business opportunities and developing business relationship by coordination with new prospects
- Making attractive custom based presentation in English and Japanese language according to various client's requirements, focusing on their requirements and needs
- Closely monitoring construction projects in the country and creating a market intelligence system to gather latest and updated information about construction market and advising top management for suitable actions to keep up with the market requirements
- Managing Tenders by coordination with Tendering team and advising them for market situation so that tendering team may prepare suitable proposals for bidding
- Carrying out all other related activities which is required for marketing and business development for a construction company, and as advised by management of company.
The successful candidate is a Japanese national with working experience of min. 7 years in Indonesia's construction market. Business fluency in English and Japanese, and ability to work independently in hunting for prospects are the key requirement.
