- Uphold current knowledge of the customers' business, financial and technical needs and use the knowledge to develop account strategies as and when required.
- Screen, collate and analyze market intelligence in the competitive spaces for formulation of sales and marketing strategies in responding to the market dynamic.
- Work closely with the regional Marketing Team to plan and execute marketing activities, product promotional activities, create visibility in conferences etc.
- Be the regional point of contact person, facilitating the dissemination of technical, application related and marketing information for Indonesia and enabling information exchange between regional office and local dealer.
- Effectively deploy the technical support resources to provide application support to dealer and customers.
- Diploma/Degree or equivalent in Medical Technology, Pharmacy or Biomedical Science / other Science disciplines.
- Minimum of 7 years of field experiences in In vitro Diagnostics or Medical devices related sales experiences with at least 1 year of experience as application specialist.
- Experience of working in highly competitive environments and constantly improving within broadly practices and policies to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills in English, strong presentation skills, both externally to prospective clients and internally to upper management.
- Ability to prioritize work in a complex, fast-paced environment.
This position will be the primary operational point of contact for assigned Indonesia customers; developing, and implementing marketing strategies to support business growth in Indonesia.
