A leading wellness company is seeking a talented candidate for a newly created Strategic Sourcing Manager (Indirect) job in Jakarta. In this job, you will lead a team and be responsible for all sourcing procurement-related functions.
About the Strategic Sourcing Manager (Indirect) Role:
Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the Strategic Sourcing Manager will be responsible for the definition, development, and execution complex comprehensive sourcing categories for strategic spend.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the commercial relationships with suppliers, build procurement strategies, manage the relationships with cross-functional teams and implement best practice policies and procedures
- Set vision and implement category strategy that creates improved value
- Lead supplier relationship development supporting category strategy
- Establish and implement best practice sourcing policies and procedures
- Assist in audit findings and providing improvement plans to enhance in-country processes
Key Requirements:
- Seven years of strategic sourcing experience
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Extensive analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated record of exceeding goals in cost savings and supplier performance
