- Bachelor's Degree of Communication/Marketing Communication, or related with minimum GPA 3.00
- Proven work experience as Corporate Communication Supervisor for 5 years.
- Strong writing and content development skills.
- Ability to design standard marketing collaterals.
- Familiar with digital content development, SEO, and marketing PR activities.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Creative, attention to detail, excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Placement: Kedoya, West Jakarta.
- Support Corporate Communication Manager in the planning and implementing PR activities, including developing the required budget for management approval.
- Create marketing and promotion materials and content for online and offline programs. Responsible in the management and effective distribution of these materials.
- Develop strategies and manage Unifam digital presence (social media accounts, website, and other digital advertisement activities).
- Grow followers and engagement on Unifam's social media accouts,
- Organize and prepare offline events, seminars, webinars, etc to promote Unifam and its product to general public.
- Provide monthly reporting on PR activities and performance as well as budget utilization. Measure and analyse the performance of each PR activity to create more effective strategies in the future.
- Address customer complaints and alert management of critical issues as soon as possible.
- Responsible in securing vendors and partners for marketing aromotional activities (e.g., agencies, EO, promo merchandise vendors, etc.)
- Manage and engage with media and journalists.
