Position Objective/Expectation
- Support Production Operation in the Factory
Job Responsibilities
- Handle quality, productivity, safety, food safety, GMP and hygiene in the factory
- Control production schedule and evaluate the efficiency & production result
- Manage warehouse
- Plan, monitor, coach, counsel, mentor and evaluate subordinates
- Do Kaizen for SOP and make sure of it's effectiveness
- Maintain an conducive and efficient work environment, including doing maintenance for machines and tools
- Other responsibilities as needed
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Bachelor's degree
・Conversational English proficiency (clear communication verbally for written and oral report)
・Min. 3 years of experience as Production Supervisor with min. 3 years in small Food manufacture company
・Experienced in handling production including quality, safety, food safety, GMP & hygiene, also handling warehouse and simple maintenance in the factory
・Willing to support factory maintenance as necessary
・Good leadership skill, hard working, good interpersonal skill, committed
Preferable Skill / Experience
・Working experience in Japanese company
・Own certifications
