PT Vivo Energy Indonesia is a subsidiary company of Vitol Group. It is an Indonesian private company in gas petrol station and is expanding their business in Indonesia.
Job Description
· Maintaining accounting records
· Ensure timely and accurate financial closing (monthly, quarterly, overhead reporting etc).
· Ensure accounting processes are properly designed and executed and initial process improvement when necessary.
· Liaise with various external counterparts (statutory and tax auditors, and government agencies (LKPM), SiMoDis system held by Bank Indonesia
· Prepare federal, state, local & special tax returns.
· Preparation of budgets, statutory and management financial reports, and provide commentaries on key variances.
· Coordinating and working closely with regional and global HQ team to ensure consistency on accounting and finance related matters.
· Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and statutory requirements
· Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
Qualifications
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Accounting & Tax Manager or similar role in Oil and Gas Company.
· Experience and familiar with SiMoDis system of Bank Indonesia and Investment Activity Report (LKPM) reports
· Good knowledge of enterprise accounting & tax policy, financial management, internal control in retail business operation.
· Familiar with cost accounting computation knowledge.
· Strong analytical skill required to identify risks and opportunities in the business.
· In-depth knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping processes such as journal entry, sub ledger, general ledger, trial balance, petty cash, etc.
· Able to work independently.
· Fluent in English.
· Certified in Tax Brevet A & B.
