PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients in Japanese Forwarder Company in finding great talent as an Operation Senior Manager with the requirement as follows:
Working location: Sudirman, South Jakarta
Job Responsibility: * Support to the GM
- Handle the Operation management of the department
- Have a Coordination and negotiation with shipping companies and various vendors
- Visit the client and have a coordination and negotiation with them
- Handle a management of trade document procedures (customs clearance)
- Minimum 7 years related working experience in a similar position for forwarder company
- Have an experience with shipping companies or shipping broker
- Have a knowledge of shipping and customs (ship)
- Have a strong knowledge of maritime transportation.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power point)
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
