Under the supervision of the HSS Specialist, the HSS Field Officer is responsible to ensure the successful day to day implementation of activities as per the workplan. This requires close work with the team to successfully test and advocate for scale up of the Post-abortion Care (PAC), pilot safe CAC service for victim of sexual violence, and other relevant clinical and non-clinical intervention such as on Family Planning, CSE, and SRHR awareness raising and campaigning.
The HSS Field Officer reports to the HSS Specialist and s/he will need to coordinate with relevant units and other staffs in Yayasan IPAS Indonesia.

Summary of Responsibilities
Project and Program Management:
- Participate in the development of detailed implementation plan (DIP) based on the to pilot safe CAC for victim of sexual violence in health service.
- Develop ToRs to implement activities relevant with the DIP and ensure its high quality execution.
- Regularly update the HSS Specialist on activities and learnings drawn from those to improve quality program implementation, relation with external stakeholders mainly the Ministry of Health, as well as with internal Yayasan IPAS team.
- Document program activities and other relevant documents and products in the designated portal (for instance in Luna and Terra)
- When deemed necessary, contribute to the drawing of lesson learned from PAC, safe CAC, FP, and/or SRHR intervention, project and program
- Provide technical advice for sub-grantees to ensure quality delivery of program implementation
- Contribute to report preparation for donors and other stakeholders, including data and narrative inputs
- Understand the overall Finance regulation in Yayasan IPAS Indonesia
- Ensure all activities comply with Yayasan IPAS Indonesia’s financial regulation which includes but not limited to completion of receipts and timely reporting
- Understand and comply with the HR regulation in Yayasan IPAS Indonesia
- Collaborate with other teams in Yayasan IPAS Indonesia
- Ensure all activities comply with the regulation in Yayasan IPAS Indonesia
- Understand and practice ethical process and behavior as per the organization's standard
- Contribute to safe working environment where every team member is treated equally and respectfully
- Ensure external consultant understand and practice ethical process and behavior while in partnership and implement program with Yayasan Ipas Indonesia
- Perform other related duties as required
- Bachelor Degree in relevant field (reproductive health or public health) with more than 3 years of working experience in development work.
- Experience working in a non-profit organization.
- Demonstrated experience in working with health facilities, health professionals, as well as government and non-government stakeholders. Experience in working with the National Police Force will be an advantage
- Deep knowledge of Health System and Reproductive Health issues with orientation towards improving the space for health
- Fluent in Indonesian and working knowledge of English
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to travel when needed.
