- Business Development:
- Build B2B Partnership and identify potential sponsors across offline and online channels: IG live, Webinar, Seminars, Campaigns, etc
- Generate Ad-Sales Revenue
- Analyze and identify market potential for other sales services
- Skills needed a balanced combination of hunter & farmer
- Developingcustomized campaign:
- Initiate customized campaigns related to various stakeholders and projects (lembaga kesehatan, asosiasi perkumpulan bidang kesehatan (IDI, komunitas bidan, komunitas dokter, perkumpulan RS, etc.)
- O2O Activation, Online to Offline:
- Create and run both online and offline campaigns or events, working closely with partners and sponsors that will help increase brand awareness
- GMV atEcommerce business
- As this role will manage the revenue generated through sponsorship and brands, you will work closely with our B2C Head in the management of the company's GMV
- Team management:
- Manage, guide, and direct two teams in Dept. Brands and Corporate Partnership of around 10+ individuals
- Bachelor/master degree from reputable university
- 5-8 years of Business Development, Brand Management, Account Management, Channel Acquisition, Activation, or similar experiences
- Experience in B2B sales within media, broadcast media/online media preferred
- Ambitious and resilience by character, able to be independent, and have the creativity to explore different solutions in problem solving
- Enjoys fast pace environment
