Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
This job is responsible for improving the efficiency and effectiveness in Claim processes to achieve dramatic improvement in business performance. Process Improvement to enhance TAT processes, boost productivity, decrease costs, improve customer experience, and create a competitive edge.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Individual Accountabilities:
- System documentation: comprehend the specifics of an existing system. Gather information about present procedures, outputs, and measurements to create a baseline of how the organization operates.
- Cost assessments: examine the cost and value of each business system and process using historical business data.
- Measuring corporate waste: review and analyze waste process by remove all types of waste in a Claim procedure, whether it is due to bad budgeting processes, physical inventory losses, staff work, or any other part of a business system.
- Identifying system relationships: get a comprehensive picture of how a firm operates by studying how changes in one system might affect other sections of the organization.
- Predicting the outcomes of system modifications by modeling potential outcomes.
- Rearranging hierarchies and workflows to increase efficiency.
- Creating implementation plans: Create step-by-step processes and timetables for each change.
- Researching new equipment and techniques: provide recommendation of stay current by looking for new technology and techniques to add into your organization.
- Team member training instructs claim members on any changes in recommended practices or procedures.
- Process improvement managers establish careful budgets and evaluate how to use business resources to launch new projects to achieve the highest return on their investment in a new system.
- Tracking progress by gathering data regularly to assess how well a new system performs, then using that knowledge to make modifications over time.
