Bank partner is obliged to assist parties, in increasing the number of Customer Base via Natural Market
Achieve FYP/month and ANP from the targets given
- To ensure conditions in a state conductive and responsible about anything that happens in the team
- Control and monitoring team
- Control and monitoring report of the Bancassurance Consultant (subordinates), support to RBM (Regional Branch Manager) and the Board of Directors (BoD)
- If there is anything else that is not listed above, it remains the responsibility of the ABM who must run and well execute
- At least 3 years of working experience in Life Insurance or Financial Industry
- Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree
- Preferably Manager specializing in Life Insurance, Financial Industry or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence
- Must be comfortable managing communication and relationship with executive level contacts.
