- Define your own product roadmap
- Provide insight and feedback to the internal team (Flow, Features, Balancing, Content, etc.)
- Ideate and deliver unique features to be product's unique selling proposition
- Conduct research and analysis on competitors, customers, product metrics, and market trends.
- Identify product gaps and create new ideas that can improve transactions.
- Converting product strategy into detailed requirements and creating prototype iterations.
- Define scope and priority based on impact on business and customers.
- Collaborate with engineering, finance, operations, and other stakeholder teams to implement new features.
- Ambitious in creating the best product for stakeholders
- Bachelors degree with 2-year minimum working experience in Product Analyst, Product Management, or equivalent role
- Proficient in Bahasa and English Language, both verbal and written
- Background in business development
- Exceptional competency in analytical skills by understanding ambiguous problem statements, performing insightful analysis and coming up with solutions and execution
- Possess strong critical thinking ability and product process driven.
- Able to work well in a team and influence the environment
- Love to do experimentation based on what you see fit within the environment and ecosystem
- At least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering/Finance/Business or a related field of study
