Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute in developing team OKR
- Coordinate responsibilities and capacity planning for target fulfillments for their team
- Leading and mentoring activation team, overseeing activities of the junior and senior professionals, and monitoring performance as a whole
- Oversees and supports multiple implementation projects.
- Reviews external clients' product demands, develops project plans and ensures that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
- Collaborate with the system integration team to ensure compliance with all client requirements, provide appropriate training to clients, and ensure efficient implementation of all systems.
- Develop all processes and tools for customer implementation lifecycle, identify defects, and provide an efficient interface with all marketing and technical departments.
- Maintain all project plans, ensure timeframe compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders for all implementation processes.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Information Technology
- At least 2 years of working experience in a SaaS company with experience in leading teams
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Familiar with CRM tools
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools (Microsoft & Gsuite)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with numbers and meeting clients
- Fast learner and independent
- Having good interpersonal and teamwork skill
