  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
  • Experience with website design and development, including knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior.
  • High level of creativity and attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities: * Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support the company's business objectives.
  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer service teams, to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
  • Manage the company's online presence, including the company website, social media accounts, and other digital channels.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, using data to optimize campaigns and increase conversion rates.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring campaigns are delivered within budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continually improve marketing strategies to increase the company's visibility and effectiveness.
  • Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Create and maintain reports on marketing performance, presenting data and insights to key stakeholders.
