- communicating with colleagues and key spokespeople to better understand the company’s needs;
- constantly following up on any form of communications from customers;
- liaising with and answering enquiries from customers, individuals and other organisations, possibly via telephone and email;
- devising and coordinating photo opportunities, especially covering car delivery to customers;
- preparing and supervising the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programmes;
