Job Description

  • Lead and manage a team of Relationship Mangers for personal loan (KTA)
  • Drive personal loan (KTA) business
  • Acquire and maintain channels of relationship for sales
  • Mentor and guide the sales team to meet the bank's requirements
  • Analyse business trends and sales to formulate strategies
  • Innovate promotional schemes to enhance sales of personal loan (KTA) and payroll business in branches
  • Propose modifications to existing product and processes
  • Coordinate closely with product, credit & operations team to ensure smooth work-flow

  • 5+ years of experience in banking industry, preferably retail and handling personal loan (KTA)
  • Prior experience in leading a sales team is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of retail banking products specifically unsecured personal loans
  • Firm in administrative as well as regulations in relation to retail banking products
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
