- Lead and manage a team of Relationship Mangers for personal loan (KTA)
- Drive personal loan (KTA) business
- Acquire and maintain channels of relationship for sales
- Mentor and guide the sales team to meet the bank's requirements
- Analyse business trends and sales to formulate strategies
- Innovate promotional schemes to enhance sales of personal loan (KTA) and payroll business in branches
- Propose modifications to existing product and processes
- Coordinate closely with product, credit & operations team to ensure smooth work-flow
- 5+ years of experience in banking industry, preferably retail and handling personal loan (KTA)
- Prior experience in leading a sales team is preferred
- Strong knowledge of retail banking products specifically unsecured personal loans
- Firm in administrative as well as regulations in relation to retail banking products
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
