Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents
  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support in an effective and efficient manner
  • Assist the Branch Manager with administrative task
  • Documenting all visits and admission
  • Documenting branch asset
  • Operate standard office equipment other than computers. Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.) or Fully proficient with Microsoft Office (Ms Excel, Ms Word) and Google Workspace (G Calendar, G Drive, G Sheets, G Docs)
  • Excellent communication and planning skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
  • High school degree or equivalent
