Responsibilities
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Provide secretarial and administrative support in an effective and efficient manner
- Assist the Branch Manager with administrative task
- Documenting all visits and admission
- Documenting branch asset
- Operate standard office equipment other than computers. Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.) or Fully proficient with Microsoft Office (Ms Excel, Ms Word) and Google Workspace (G Calendar, G Drive, G Sheets, G Docs)
- Excellent communication and planning skills
- Great attention to detail
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
- High school degree or equivalent
