JOB TITLE: HR Services Staff

CITY & COUNTRY: Malang, Indonesia
ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
If you’re driven by hardworking and results-oriented, this position will let you develop on how managing expatriate and some big project on HR Services role.
Reports to: HR Services Executive
Geographic Scope: Local
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Handle & coordinate end-to-end expatriate process (Work permit & Business Visa, Tax Registration & Termination, School Arrangement, Relocation, Insurance) and ensure the service is delivered on time in full
- Manage employee tools supplies (uniform, ID Card, etc.) in annual base
- Perform HR purchase order in system to ensure on time in full-service delivery from providers/vendors.
- Ensuring timeliness, accuracy and completeness of all HR Personal Administration are well maintained (Employee Letter, Record Management).
- Assist any ad-hoc HR Data inquiries from supervisor or stakeholders.
- Experienced to perform any expatriate Visa process and tax registration
- Good command of English spoken and written.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office standard pack (Excel, Word, Access, Power Point).
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills, positive and well organized.
- Prioritizes own work/understands escalation trigger points
