- Manage and develop relationships with existing key accounts in Serang and Cilegon area
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our customer base in waste water treatment industry
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and technical support, to provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular business reviews with key customers to identify areas for improvement and ensure that their needs are being met
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management
Fluency in English and Bahasa is a must. The successful individual must also have excellent organisational and people skills, project & planning management skills with an ability to openly convey information to team members in a timely, concise manner.
Other key requirements include:
- A minimum 6 years experience as sales or marketing manager within chemical industry
- Degree in Chemical engineering from reputable university
- Preferably also with at least 3 years experiences in Waste water treatment industry
- Ideally you will need to be an assertive individual
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with and influence a diverse population, multiple levels of an organisation and various cross-functions
- Willingness to travel outside Jakarta
