We are now seeking a position as a Senior Maintenance Engineering, who will handle the following key responsibilities:
- Ensure Manufacturing KPIs are meet or outperformed
- Product Meets Quality Speciation’s and Customer satisfaction
- To manage Quality Impacts such as NCR and actions put in place to eliminate repeated issues of quality
- Ensure Pre-Print Processes such as Tools, Quality Documents, Packaging Specifications in Place and followed
- Cultivate Zero loss mind set to support O+ Journey
- Emphasis Continuous Talent Development in shop Floor team.
- Highly Engage with the team and supporting functions
- Directly manage Offset team under with peer positions.
- Reports directly to the position of Operation Manager's position.
- Graduate in engineering are preffered.
- Broad experience of more than 5 years in production management in reputable offset printing packaging manufacture
- Familiar about TPM / TQM / Lean 6 sigma, data analyst capability, and production reporting
- Mastering process for printing packaging of Offset and Rotogravure are mandatory.
- Detail, analytic, systematic and native speaker in English
- Wlling to work base at East Java as permanent employee.
