Job Description
Objective
- Develop strategies and agile content enabled tactics for integrated, seamless customer experience, and multichannel engagement programs designed to achieve brand and business objectives
- Close collaboration with Brand Lead/Institutional Marketing/Market Access/Medical for strategic planning & execution of activation campaign ( offline & digital campaign ) for Vx, PVA portfolio and OTC in Takeda Indonesia
- Develop non branding massive consumer campaign and strategy for dengue vaccine/PVA/CHC through omnichannel (traditional & digital channels) which lead to disease awareness and real call to action for the consumer to meet HCPs/HCOs/ HCEs
- Collaborate with Medical team and Health System Liaison Lead to identify Dengue /PVA patient advocacies/ communities/organization to strengthen the importance of dengue vaccine / PVA in targeted communities (parents, school, Health care institution, Education institution and corporates)
- Develop strategic digital campaign with digital team, making use the dynamics digital ecosystem, to increase the awareness and the importance of relevant portfolio ( Vx, PVA, CHC ) to targeted consumers which lead to call to action
- Use effective research (qualitative and quantitative) as well as direct consumer behavioral data and analytics to identify insights that will unlock opportunities for relevant portfolio
- Analyze and activate first party data to build strong data driven relationships via audience precision targeting, personalized, adapted content and experiences to effectively address consumer needs, driving point of differentiation for the brand and create deeper value.
- Manage the deployment of global digital content as part of the brand building agenda, in collaboration with consumer marketing and distributor marketing team.
- Identify new channel customer facing initiatives and channels that will enhance the customer experience
- Oversee development of agile content and digital assets, managing internal and external partners and ensuring continued engagement with business teams
- Provide ongoing thought leadership across functional teams and infuse strong digital thinking across initiatives and projects. Keep core stakeholders abreast of emerging digital trends/technologies and innovative digital marketing programs
- Align the right KPIs and measurement tools to measure results, ensuring continuous improvement of performance.
- Manages assigned region A&P to optimizing executional, effectiveness and efficiency KPIs as well as guaranteeing budget compliance.
- Bachelor degree
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Brand Building, Digital Marketing/e-commerce. Media background from key media agency or major advertiser is a plus
- Having experience in Vaccine or ethical consumer program or any other consumer brands targeted for children, moms and parents are added value
- English fluent
- Digitally savvy. Ability to see & understand digital content, channel and Social Media dynamics. Early adopter of technology Passion for achievement, integrity, and drive with strong desire to make things happen.
- Strong understanding of channel, price, promotional activity and through-the-line activation.
- Great analytical & commercial acumen/execution skills with the ability to translate brand strategies into a tangible commercial advantage.
- Ability and commitment to coach and develop others s. Inspire and lead agencies to deliver world-class and strong creative work
- Ability to play at different leadership levels and good team player.
- Ability to work under pressure and to deal with ambiguity.
