- Partner with business leaders to consolidate HR strategies with company's business strategy
- Provide guidance and HR consulting services related to HR programs and policies, encompassing every aspect of HR
- Gather trends and analyze data to discover needs for improvement, to identify gaps and priorities in order to develop effective deliverable HR programs across scopes: Talent Management, Compensation & Benefit, Organization Development
- Manage overall organization's HR practices whilst consistently leveraging HR function in order to deliver sufficient HR services
- Proven track-record of HR business partnering experienced in handling end-to-end HR scope
- Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, which covers, but not limited to: Organizational Development, People Development, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Culture & Engagement
- Understanding of the local HR regulations & policies
- Prior experience working within a fast-paced tech company
- Excellent stakeholder management skill, the ability to influence and provide advisory services to offer strategic solutions
- A self starter; The ability to manage priorities well
- Fluent in English
- Working in an international culture
- The ability to provide strategic advise and work closely with the business to support their growth
