- Analyse and assess new regulations and brief the company accordingly
- Monitor, develop and implement an effective compliance program
- Advise management for all compliance risk and potential risk
- Liaise with related Government Institutions (OJK), state and local legal requirements
- Responsible for overall compliance matters of the company
- 10+ years of experience as a compliance manager
- In-depth knowledge of the industry's standards and regulations
- Knowledgeable in reporting procedures and record keeping
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (Bahasa & English)
- Bachelor degree from related field i.e. law, finance, business administration
