Support and assisting Insight team in arranging program initiatives ie. consumer immersion, market visit, meet the experts and influencers for the company.
Analyse and report back the participation rate, insight submission rate, best insight, insight compilation gathered from the activities.
Measuring the effectiveness of programs and strategies.
Analyzing consumer preferences to determine the potential sales of a product or service.
Identify insight opportunity and make into the insight newsletter and present back to the business Manage the back end and front end of Insight Bank.
Using statistical to analyze and interpret data.
Preparing and presenting reports to team.
Requirements:
Open for Project Based role with duration 6-12 months
Bachelor's degree preferably in a Business, Economics or related subject.
1-3 years of working experience in similar roles or in Research Agencies.
Solid knowledge of research tools/methodologies and hands-on experience in conducting research.
Strong proficiency in Consumer research, quantitative, qualitative.
Ability to comprehend and interpret & create insight from observation.
UI-UX experience, basic website.
English language proficiency required.
Solid organizational skills and detail oriented.
