Optimizing supply chain operations, our contract logistics business unit provides end-to-end warehousing and distribution solutions for our customers. This position will oversee all aspects of the development and implementation of customer solutions to ultimately deliver on our promise of customer excellence. YOUR ROLE
Your primary objective is to ensure your team is successful in gaining + retaining customers by offering industry leading solutions. You will be working with internal + external stakeholders
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
+ To take the lead in major customer tender proposals, driving compelling logistics concepts.
+ To drive innovation, introducing + implementing new concepts + technology while building on existing best
practices.
+ To present solutions to the customer as key part of the tendering process.
+ To be the business partner for your management team when addressing solution queries from customers,
as well as challenging the status quo + customers in a constructive way where needed.
+ To manage partnerships with key vendors to optimize costing + lead-times.
+ To lead + support the development of others in terms of skills + knowledge levels, assuring high standards
of compliance.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- Strong leadership skills + ability to resolve complex solutions
- Strong analytical + communication skills
- Strong knowledge of logistics solutions
- Able to converse fluently in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- min 5 years experience in related field
