Get to know the role
As such, we are seeking talented & passionate Engineers to join our team, you will have opportunities to work on cross-functional team as well as participating in a merchant experience and immersion. It is very important that our team members take initiatives to identify problems, and have the right mindset and skill sets to solve them
The Day-to-Day Activities
Design, code, and debug applications with minimal oversight and direction
Incorporate user feedback to improve software design and function
Review product requirements, provide feedback and contribute to project planning activities
Contribute to and maintain engineering documentation
Develop unit test and module simulation strategies for software validation
Participate in build and test automation and other efficiency improvement initiatives
Work closely with the product development team to review input from customers to help respond to their short and long-term needs
Write documentation and requirements for QA to test deliverables
Analyse requirements and contribute to program management
You will help to mentor any junior engineers about the best-practices in software development
The Must-Haves
Familiar with the Javascript programming language, familiar with various UI components and UI development, and have deep understanding of the Javascript language
Experienced with Web front-end such as ReactWeb, Web back-end, and well-known open source works are preferred
4+ years of professional software development experience
Experience with defect tracking tools
Experience with Git
Self-starter who can get things done with minimal direction
Committed to producing high quality, performant, and well-designed software
Committed to maintaining a strong set of software engineering skills
A good understanding of the clean architecture principles
The Nice-to-Haves
Has built a React Web app
Good at English communication
Bahasa Indonesia (mother tongue)
