Job Description
  • Develop long-term & yearly brand plans for the diabetes care business in the medical channel (hospital/clinic) in line with the regional/global objective to drive key product growth
  • Design Tactical Plan in line with the brand strategy, executes all marketing activities by following the planning steps, tracking the progress, and making necessary adjustments to the Plan of Action.
  • Resourcefully gather general market trends, market analysis, and competitive information as guidance in gauging the effectiveness of marketing activities translating to increased sell-through and strengthened market share
  • Develop KOL and association partnerships with endocrinologists, Pediatric endocrinologists, Internal Medicine, Clinical Pathologists, and Nurses.
  • Lead in new product launches. This shall encompass developing the product launch plan, setting the timetable, and determining pricing level (benchmarked to product strategy, margin strategy, and competitor and market tolerance level), roll-out timing, sample preparation (where applicable), POSM support requirements, and display/poster standards.
  • Partnering with the Product Consultant team, Key Account, and Business Partner to ensure the brand strategies, promotional messages, and tactics are cascaded effectively to maximize product availability (listing), pricing, and patient access program, aligned with brand objectives.
  • Conduct regular medical & product training in internal and external partners
  • Managing the enrolled budget plan and ensuring the activities implementation meets ROI and is efficient.
  • Define KPI setting and delivery, to sustainably grow the brand and maintain performance.
  • Works closely with the Regional cluster AEM colleagues and as representative of medical in Indonesia for clinical trial/post-marketing surveillance activities to support global/regional /local strategy
  • Assist the marketing manager to measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns and activities to achieve the goals (ROI and KPIs).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or related degrees
  • 2 - 5 year experience in marketing, brand/product management, preferably from Consumer Health/OTC/home-used medical device products
  • Service/Customer-oriented and strong marketing capability including proven success in multichannel marketing, proven experience in leading a launch readiness team with good sales and growth track records
  • Demonstrable strategic thinking, market & competitive analysis, forecasting, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively with a cross-function in organizations and good customer relationship management
  • Knowledge of Marketing ways of working and Code of Promotion
  • Excellence in execution: Prioritization, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving
  • Strong leadership, collaboration skills, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Outstanding writing, presentation, commercial and communication skills.
  • Fluent oral and written English language skills
  • Can-do attitude, flexible, intellectually curious, willing to work with the cross-functional, global team
  • Willing to travel at least once a month
  • Digital savvy and have knowledge of the digital ecosystem
