- Responsible for the development and supervision of all marketing communications strategies in Indonesia, including brand communications, campaign management, advertising, performance marketing, digital/ social media marketing and sponsorship.
- Manage a diverse team of marketing communications skill-sets including campaign managers, digital performance managers, social media, and copywriter
- Optimize media mix to drive customer acquisitions through several key channels including social, search, influencers, and web/app affiliate advertising networks.
- Manage the supplier and agency relationships to drive their creative and media planning/ buying strategies.
- Manage marketing brand, campaigns, and sponsorship budget
- Manage key supplier relationships necessary to upgrade and maintain platform performance.
- Work with regional and global teams to advise, plan and manage campaigns - feeding into global development, sharing, and learning best practice
