- Seek to improve all aspects of the supply chain department by reviewing current methodology and processes
- Create effective databases to manage and organise warehouse inventory
- Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with vendors
- Research and seek out the most cost-efficient shipment procedures and methods
- Organise and oversee inventory by keeping a detailed database of available inventory and expected usage per project
- Plan and implement supply chain optimisation projects
- Train and instruct other members of the Supply Chain team
- At least 7 years of working experience in FMCG
- MUST understand and have experience in Oracle system
- Know all the detail supply chain process from inbound to outbound
- Strong planning and leadership skills
- Excellent English communication skill in both written and verbal is a MUST
