PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients, a Japanese Company and they're looking for a Risk & Compliance Senior Executive position to be placed in Jakarta with requirements and job description as below:
Requirements:
- 3 Years Experience in risk measure and assessment in acquiring business and merchant transactions
- Preferably from Banking (tier 1/2) and Fintech,
- Has ability to extract and analyze data, summarize, including making recommendation based on data analysis
Job Descriptions:
1. Checking the onboarding merchant’s data and submit to the Banks.
2. Conduct assessments to define and analyze possible risks.
3. Evaluate the gravity of each risk by considering its consequences.
4. Audit processes and procedures.
5. Develop risk management controls and systems.
6. Design processes to eliminate or mitigate potential risks.
7. Create contingency plans to manage crisis.
8. Evaluate existing policies and procedures to find weaknesses.
