- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Architecture / electrical / mechanical.
- Minimum 10 years of experiences in project management.
- Business English & Japanese level skills.
- Has management experience of design or Project Management Group.
- Experienced in project management (such as conceptual design / basic design / detailed design / construction management services for pharmaceutical / medical device / food or other high valued production facilities having clean room function).
- Experience working at design company / engineering company.
- Good external negotiation skills, strong leadership skill, excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

- Lead and supervise the project (mainly pharmaceutical facility engineering and energy solution of the production facility).
- Construction supervision at site from the view point of designer.
- Sales and marketing.
- Developing, improving, implementing operations plans to meet company goals.
- Managing day to day operations of each departments.
- Managing finances, company budgets, financial reports.
- Establishing company policies.
- Implementing necessary changes and adhering to compliance procedures, laws and regulations.
- Coordination between groups.
