Job description
In your new role you will:
- Provides and ensures right fit and business-result-oriented Learning & Development solutions in a productive learning culture that enable all employees with competencies, skills, and experiences to reach their full career and professional potential - such as frameworks for learning, career and leadership development, performance, and competence management as well as feedback tools.
- Provides subject matter expertise, guidance, and coaching for HR Business Partners, senior business leaders, and other key stakeholders with regard to Organizational Development, Change Management as well as Leadership Excellence by driving corporate leadership events/exchange platforms.
- Develops and sustains a guiding framework and toolset for Organisational Design and Change Management.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A bachelor (S1) degree holder; preferably from the faculty of Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or Engineering.
- Minimum 10 (ten) years of working experience with a minimum of 3 (three) years of experience in a managerial position in a multinational company; experience in an electronics/semiconductor company is an advantage.
- An individual who aspires to outstanding results with passion and could strengthen the team spirit.
- Creative and hungry to learn in a dynamic environment.
- Well-versed in English and Bahasa Indonesia both orally and in writing.
